Sales:
The shop is technically closed during shows, though we usually have a table set up with some of our stock for sale. Bands/speakers can also set up their materials to sell on one of our tables.

Booking:
- Booking is on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Promoters can email bookingshows@exilebooks.org about the proposed event, including as many details as possible regarding the nature of the event, date, time, performers, etc.
- All proposed events must be discussed and approved at a meeting, so be sure to give us a few weeks’ notice (meetings are sometimes weekly, sometimes biweekly). If the event is approved, you will receive an email confirmation from a collective member.

Booking Cost:
- We take 20% of the admission cost, if applicable.

Details:
- On days that the shop is usually open (Wednesday-Sunday), doors open no earlier than 7:30pm. On Mondays and Tuesdays the event may take place at any time as long as there are two EXILE staffers available to help manage the event.
- Any people in the space prior to the official door-time who wish to attend the event should pay-up and get stamped/marked.
- The promoter (that’s you!) is responsible for all promo and handling the money at the door. If you wish us to post the event info on our website, be sure to email us the details
